Castles, country houses, the Island of Linidsfarne and wonderful beaches are all within easy reach. Outdoor activities such as fishing, golf, walking, bird watching and cycling are all available close by. Newcastle, Edinburgh and the Roman Wall are a day trip away.

Rose Cottage is a self-catering cottage available between April 1st and October 31st. The cottage is designed to be as welcoming and homely as possible and guests are sure to feel right at home straight away.

The sitting room has a large open fire with comfortable chairs and a sofa. You can relax in front of the TV and VCR, or play one the wide range of board and card games.

The larger of the two bedrooms has a queen sized double bed and the small bedroom has a single bed with a pull out bed, making it possible to have two single beds. There are also two Z beds if needed.

You will find that the kitchen is excellently equipped with all the modern facilities that you would expect from top quality Northumberland accommodation. There is also a telephone available for guests.
